Reading the price

The headline prices are per month on a yearly contract, so Standard is about $2,388 a year up front and Pro about $3,948. The page also has a monthly option at a higher rate; check it for the current figure, because it changes more often than the yearly one.

Users are included in the plan rather than priced per seat, which is good value if you'll use most of the 15 or 20. A two-person studio pays the same as a fifteen-person team.

Who Ziflow is for

Teams whose work passes through several internal and external review stages, who need frame-accurate comments on video, version comparison and integrations with the rest of a marketing stack. At that size, the price is a rounding error on the salaries involved.

When it's more than you need

If your review has one stage, your client saying yes or asking for changes, you're paying for workflow you'll never configure. Ziflow's free plan covers two users and 2 GB, which is a fair place for a freelancer to start, but the 60-day history means last quarter's approvals disappear.

The cheaper option

ClientOkay costs $19 a month for one person, or $49 a month for up to five people, billed monthly or yearly, with unlimited clients and requests and a permanent record. It does client approvals only: no review stages, no integrations, no timecoded video comments.
