Client approval links that track revision rounds
Send one link. Your client approves or requests changes on their phone, with no account. You get the round count, the reminders and a dated record of who said yes.

Revision 1 of 2
Sam: Can the mark sit a little higher?
If there's no response by Thu 5 Nov, 5:00 pm EST, these items will be approved automatically, as agreed with Ana Reyes Design.
Approvals shouldn't cost you the margin on the job
“I never approved that.”
Every decision is saved with the reviewer's name, email and the exact time. Export it as a sign-off PDF and the argument is over.
“This is round five.”
Agree on the revisions up front. ClientOkay counts each round and tells you and your client when you go past what was included.
“Nobody can find the approval email.”
No more digging through email, WhatsApp and Slack. Each request keeps its files, comments and decisions in one place.
How it works
1
Add the work
Upload images, PDFs or video, or paste a link or text. Set a due date and how many revisions are included.
2
Send one link
We email it to your client, or you copy it into any chat. They open it on their phone. No account, no password.
3
Get a clear answer
They approve or request changes on each item. You get an email, and reminders go out for you if they go quiet.
Revision rounds your client can see
Say a logo includes two revisions. Each new version moves the count forward, on your page and on theirs. When the work goes past what you agreed, both of you see it before anyone gets a surprise invoice.
Clients gone quiet? Reminders go out for you.
Emails go out 48 hours before the due date, 24 hours before, and at the due time. If your client agreed, auto-approve can close the request 24 hours after the due date. They see that notice on the review page first.

A sign-off sheet that writes itself
Every send, open, comment, new version and approval goes into a dated log that can't be edited later. Export it as a PDF to close the job or to settle a question six months from now.

Questions
Do clients need an account?
No. They open the link, type their name and email, and review. You can turn on a 6-digit email code if you want to confirm who is approving.
Can I use it for video?
Yes. Upload mp4, mov or webm files up to 200 MB on a paid plan and 25 MB during the trial. Clients watch in the page and leave plain comments. Comments tied to a time in the video are not available yet.
What does auto-approve need from the client?
It's off by default, and it only works if your client saw the notice, either on the review page or in the request email. Only turn it on if your client agreed to it. Items still pending 24 hours after the due date are then approved, and the record shows the system did it, not the client.
Where are files stored?
In private storage. Files go straight from your browser to storage, and review pages only get short-lived links to the files in that one request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from the billing page. You don't need a card to start the 14-day trial.
