Planable pricing explained, and a flat-price alternative

Reading the price

The page has a monthly and yearly switch and says yearly billing gets two months free. Check it for the rate on the billing period you want, because the figures above are what we could read without choosing one.

There's no permanent free plan listed. There is a free trial of 50 created posts with no time limit and no card.

What it costs with several clients

An agency keeping one workspace per client pays per client. On the listed Basic price, 5 workspaces come to $165 a month and 10 come to $330, before any add-ons or discounts. Planable invites teams needing more than 5 workspaces to ask about a volume discount.

That can be fair value if you use its planning tools for every client. It's a lot if all you need is a yes or no.

The flat-price alternative

ClientOkay costs $15 a month for one person, or $29 a month for up to five people, however many clients you have. It handles approvals only, with no scheduling or publishing.

What ClientOkay does

• One link per request. Your client approves or requests changes on their phone, with no account.
• Revision rounds counted against what you agreed, on your page and on theirs.
• Reminders 48 hours before the due date, 24 hours before, and when it's due.
• Optional auto-approve 24 hours after the due date, only if your client was told.
• A dated activity log that exports as a sign-off PDF.
