What your client has to do

Open the link on their phone, type their name and email, and approve or request changes on each item. There's no account and no password.

What you get back

One summary email per client sitting, instead of a message for every click. A new version resets only the item it replaces, so nobody re-approves work that didn't change. When it's done, you can export a sign-off PDF with every decision, name, email and time.

What it isn't

ClientOkay isn't a project manager, and it has no workflow stages or file versioning for internal teams. If you need those, a larger proofing tool will suit you better.
