Refund and cancellation policy

Free trial

The trial is 14 days and needs no card, so you can try ClientOkay before you pay anything.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your Billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

We don't normally refund part-used subscription periods. If you were charged by mistake, or something went wrong on our side, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll put it right. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have by law.

Who handles payments

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record, so refunds are paid through them, to your original payment method.
